Product Testing
.: Complete FEA (Finite Element Analysis) test was done to ensure design and material integrity under the most extreme loads, far beyond what can be reproduced in ANY riding situation.
.: Real world static and strain gauge tests showed a dramatic increase in braking capability with far less input required at the brake lever. The bottom line was a drastic improvement in braking control even in the most demanding braking conditions - i.e. Professional Stunters & Track Riders.
.: Revolution Rotors also showed a overwhelming advantage in cooling ability as well as shorter stopping distances with less brake fade when compared to OEM & competitor's stainless steel rotor surfaces.
.: Testing was performed and results certified by an independent test facility.

Final Product Inspection
.: Every part is inspected 100% before it ships - not every lot, EVERY PART!!
.: All parts tested for flatness on a granite surface plate
.: All parts tested on a hardness tester using Rockwell C scale (all parts tested must be in the 38-40 RW/C range)
.: Every rotor surface is inspected for roundness
.: Every rotor set is tested for thickness around the entire surface to ensure the double disc grinding process was done 100% accurate
.: Surface finish is inspected to ensure optimal pad bedding on all rotors
.: All final assemblies have an in-house QC inspection sheet to ensure all final inspections are complete and parts are within spec |

Other Information
.: Recommended pads: Any good HH compound will work well with these rotors as will the OEM pads but we recommend Carbone Lorraine SBK5 compound front and RX rear for street applications.
